Our mission for Beach House and Ocean Villas is to minimize the cost burden to owners while working towards the long-term sustainability of our community.
The Board of Directors is committed to ensuring the operational efficiency and fiscal accountability of the Beach House and Ocean Villas regime. We will do our best to uphold and enforce the rules and regulations set forth in our Master Deed, ByLaws and other Governing Documents. We will manage our annual budget with the best interests of our owners in mind. We will work together to maintain and update our residences and amenities.
