Weekly Status Update

The contractors have worked on installing the new screens on the porches and interior punch list items.

Next Week's Schedule

The remainder of the screens will be installed early next week. 

IMPORTANT – DECK ACCESS OFF LIMITS

For everyone’s safety, please ensure that all sliding glass doors leading to the rear deck remain locked. Do not access your decks or place furniture on your decks until the project is complete.

As of this email, the contractor believes they will be done with the punch around May 8th. 

Should you choose to occupy your unit or allow guests to do so during the construction period, you assume full responsibility and liability for their safety. The Harbor Island Beach House shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of occupancy during the construction phase of the project.
