Weekly Status Update
The contractors have worked on installing the new screens on the porches and interior punch list items.
Next Week's Schedule
The remainder of the screens will be installed early next week.
IMPORTANT – DECK ACCESS OFF LIMITS
For everyone’s safety, please ensure that all sliding glass doors leading to the rear deck remain locked. Do not access your decks or place furniture on your decks until the project is complete.
As of this email, the contractor believes they will be done with the punch around May 8th.
Should you choose to occupy your unit or allow guests to do so during the construction period, you assume full responsibility and liability for their safety. The Harbor Island Beach House shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of occupancy during the construction phase of the project.
Attached are photos showing the current status of the project as of April 17th.

Weekly Status Update
The contractor has completed the installation of the remaining screens on the porches. The crews have been busy working on the interior punch list.
Next Week's Schedule
- Punch list items will continue throughout next week.
- The engineers are working to provide documentation to the contractor to allow them to call in for the final inspection of the decks later next week or early the following week.
This does not necessarily mean the project will be fully completed after the County inspection. Small touch-up punch list items could remain.

Weekly Status Update
The architect was back on-site this week to do a punch list walkthrough of all units.
We are very excited to announce that all items on the architect's punch list have been completed.
Beaufort County was onsite this week to perform the final inspection, which was successful. The decks are now available for your enjoyment!
Next Week's Schedule
The contractor has started the final clean, but due to the weather on Friday, the exterior grounds still have some cleanup remaining.
The construction fence will remain until the cleanup and irrigation repairs are completed in the rear of the building.
IMPORTANT
At this time, we ask that you please not hang anything on the new siding. The architect will be providing a letter with guidance and instructions for owners who wish to hang artwork or other items on the new porch siding.
The architect will also provide instructions in the event you want to hang a ceiling fan on the porch.
This will be the final weekly update on the construction project. Some landscaping improvements are still needed, and additional updates will be provided as they become available.
